Hi my name is John Carl and my username is jsc0324. My computer was stolen and I finally was able to get another computer to install the product on and then I noticed that I could renew my product with a $30 upgrade. The first effort failed, but when I got it to work, it was for the purchase of new product and it gave me a new serial number. I simply wanted to renew what I already had. Now I don't know what to do regarding the serial number and I paid $60 more than I had intended!
