I tried to renew my update subscription and then it converted my order to the purchase of the full product

Hi my name is John Carl and my username is jsc0324.  My computer was stolen and I finally was able to get another computer to install the product on and then I noticed that I could renew my product with a $30 upgrade.  The first effort failed, but when I got it to work, it was for the purchase of new product and it gave me a new serial number.  I simply wanted to renew what I already had.  Now I don't know what to do regarding the serial number and I paid $60 more than I had intended!

 

Sorry for the confusion.  Can you help me?
